Gluing tensol no 70 perspex mitred edges I get some good joints but get a mark like the attached appears. The perspex box is ruined! How do I overcome this?

Can't really tell from the picture.
Did you follow the instructions to the letter?
I have only used it once with no problems, but if I remember rightly you have to get a good even coverage. If you do not get enough cement on the Perspex it does not bond it correctly and you can see cut marks etc.

Yes, to the best of my ability I have followed the instructions to the tee!
