Square edge laminate worktop fitting?

Hi all,
Could someone advise me, what is the procedure for 90 degree joins on square edge laminate?

All/any advice greatly appreciated.

Traditionally I've always done a mason mitre with router and jig. However this week I used this method and it's worked well.

ive always used the router and jig method. seen it butt joined also... never actually done a one though
