Need tips and help for free a paint line from dust

Hi everyone,

I need help for a specific problem when i draw a paint line with a paint gun


as you can see, when i draw a green line , a yellowish line also appears.

Anyone know how chould i remove or avoid this yellowish line?

Paint gun: sata jet 20 b
Paint Type: polyurethane topcoat.
Color: Green 383, 34094

Uneven spray - less coverage so different colour.

looks like your too close to the surface when spraying or the out edge of the spray pattern is atomising and going on dry
