I posted a couple of times for advice re my front door.
I was hoping to get a nice gloss finish on it. People seem to be opting for flat looking paint these days but you can't beat gloss for a door imo.
Anyway I promised some pictures on completion.
Be kind, I am a bit of a novice and my gloss skills are particularly poor but I am pretty happy with the result. I have no doubt a pro could've done twice the job in half the time but a pro I am not!

Thanks. I think next time around I could improve the finish a lot. Considering the sate the door was in when I started I think it is pretty decent.
I used Johnstones Professional Undercoat and Gloss, both tinted to Farrow and Ball Studio Green by my local independent decorator's centre. Primer was Leyland Wood Primer.

You had a good go given the timber that was on the door. Well done.
Next time, paint the frame for the glass white so you have some extra work to do
