I'm redecorating a badly painted bedroom, and have stripped the paint all the way back to the bare plaster. Have prepped by lightly orbital sanding all the walls, sugar soaping and sealing with Everbuild 406 Stabiliser.
I've put 2 mist coats of watered contract Leyland Matt on and have noticed that it looks awfully patchy/bloomed in places. I'm proceeding with a few neat coats of matt to try and get a nice base for colour but I'm not sure whether this weird patching will disappear?
Anybody have any thoughts on what this is and if it will disappear with a few near coats? If not how do I go about getting rid of it?
