Ah it's the pull start cover it's the collar to stop you crushing the plastic

Edit. It's the GGP WBE0701 engine best bet is to find a used pull start

You should be able to pop one of the others out, measure it up and post them on this thread, and I will see what I can do

Widest collar is 14.5mm
External OD of insert is 10mm
ID of insert is 6.6mm
Total length is 10mm

10mm overall or plus the 2.8mm collar eg. 12.8mm

"Get a bolt the right diameter. Cut to length. Drill hole down centre (do-able with a hand drill with careful marking out and care to keep it square) file the head to thickness."

Its all in hand, its a tad warm in the workshop today plus it give me an excuse to go out it the jungle - sorry garden
