Buy a pair of jeans in Primark and touch them up with the angle grinder, job done and £20 saved. And anyone wearing them would still look a t*at.

id wear jeans with a few rips in em and have done in the past. but they are canny daft like.

however.... theres been some propper dubious jeans down the years like. a few years back a mate of mine was wearing a pair of jeans that looked like he had shat himself. they hung down like youd expect a nappy full of sh*t to hang down

and i remember seeing some carrot bottom jeans..... they looked rediculous.

having said that.... if you had the right colouring and decent legs then youd prob be alreet with them jeans in the link. if ya had white skin and skinny legs youd look propper daft

are they worth £26 ? Not to me
I've worn through the knees of plenty of pairs of jeans and trousers over the years, but a bit of Copydex and a patch from an older pair will sort it out. :-)
One day it will all be firewood.

Poetic justice I reckon - but I've just discovered that I've covered my jeans with car battery acid whilst lumping two massive 'leisure' batteries out of my workshop.

I've now got a line of 'rot' right across crotch level and numerous holes appearing down one leg.

Any offers for these 'trendy' jeans??????

Ditto here although I skip the copydex and use proper needle and thread , jeans can last for years with a few repairs before they finally have to go.
Fashion is generally we are told about making a statement. I suppose the message here is that the wearer has been hard working or has been through various "adventures" that would wear out their clothing although I did say to the other half a while ago that I believed there were sexual undertones to a woman , and possibly even worse undertones with a young girl , wearing jeans where the knees are worn out.
My SIL is quite into her fashion although she doesn't go for ripped jeans , thankfully with her great tree stump legs but if I have on my patched jeans I just look like a tramp to her and she truly does not get the idea of my East German Ein Nein's :salute:
