I think they are called compact face mount hinges, probably made by Blum?

Blum or hafele iirc there called face frame hinges

edit. a quick google, the nearest I can find are - Hettich Overlay Hinge With Backplate

there not 100% have a look at the tech specs on the manufacturer site

There are so manufacturers of hinges esp coming out of china
