Wide jaw adjustable spanner

Post by Dickie »

Ah yes, over the last few years these wide jaw spanners have become the staple diet of any Plumbers' tool bag and I'm no exception, after my trusty water pump pliers this is the tool I reach for. Oh they come in all shapes & sizes now, as a result of their popularity. However, I thought I'd share my own particular favourite, it's the Am Tech, yes it's cheap - in fact about half the price of the Bacho! Yes, this puppy can be picked up for under 8 quid!

I've used mine every day for the last two years & it's a great wee tool for the money, I've battered the bejesus out of it many times removing olives etc & it's still in first class working order, it's cheap so I don't feel bad about abusing it. And if I break it, which is highly unlikely, I'd replace it in a heart beat.
It's wee brother is not bad either! So here you go chaps, fill your boots;
