Hi, ive just moved into a rented property and some of the radiators were very cold at top so I bled them. The boiler lost pressure and switched off. I've managed to repressurise tbe boiler to 1.5 but there are no lights on the control panel for me to reset and no blue light on at all.
Is there anyway for me to get this boiler back on without calling someone out?

Call your landlord.
If it is one with a window on the right there are three buttons just below it I think one is reset.

Most boilers reset automatically once the pressure has been topped up.
I presumed Worcester were the same.
Call your landlord or letting agent to get someone out to sort it. You have done what is expected of a tenant.
