Thinking about it , copper pipe , if u or u know a wood turner, three wooden rollers would work mounted on say 12mm shank bolts through a piece of 18mm birch ply with the centre one through a slot

I found a company who can do for reasonable money and went ahead.
Above are my opinions Below is my signature.

Would you hit a nail with a shoe because you don't have a hammer? of course not, then why work on anything electrical without a means of testing Click Here to buy a "tester" just because it works, does NOT mean it is safe.

Pass the pipe through and keep adjusting middle roller until u achieve a nice smooth radius , a bit like an “English Wheel”

Or find a local fabricator with a set of rollers. Shame really not long ago I threw out some old Express lift door rollers would have been ideal nice bearings to
I know you need three rollers and make a rig with metals, welding, parts ...etc, all heavy duty which cost money not worth it for one off so found a metal fabricator with cnc accuracy.
