Hasp/washer

Found this today, a hasp used as a washer for the bolt holding the plug chain on a hand basin.

I bet it wasn't loose though, as those chain fixing points often are.

that's a diyer fix, old boy with a shed full of bits and thats all they had that fitted, make do and mend
