PDF photos

I have a bunch of photos in a PDF document which I would like to extract as separate photos which I can file away, I've tried all sorts but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Try the Windows snipping tool. it can grab the image and you can save it as a your own file. It works on web pages but I cannot recall if you can use the tool on PDF's.

Take a screenshot, crop as required/necessary and then save the result as a jpeg file?

The snipping tools acts the same as Ctrl -PrtSc, so will crop anything on the screen

If there images in the PDF you should be able to right click and save the image

I've used it for years. Faster and a lot "lighter" than Acrobat.
You can right click on images and copy them, then paste them into an image editor.

Not sure what Acrobat can do. Looking online it looks as if the pro version has an export images option.

Xpdf will do that, it's a nice little open source command line utility which works on windows and Linux.

Acrobat Pro which I have. You can do it that way. If you want you can email them to me and I'll sort them out and email them back.

There is also PDFSAM Basic (PDF Split and Merge)
Basic is free PDFSAM Basic
Do not get into the paid version unless you want all the bells and whistles
The free version will allow you to rip a PDF apart and re-distribute the pages.
This may or may not be the solution you need
I use it and it's been very useful.
