Good evening all!
Well I'm hoping to be an active part of the forum soon. I'm in the process of bidding on a house in Lincolnshire in need of some comprehensive updating. Hopefully mostly cosmetic!
I'll try to post some pictures in the relevant forums for advice and prewarning.

I've already seen several videos from the site, so thanks for those already.
