Paslode im 350 serviced and motor slowed to a stop

Just serviced my older style im350 was working fine before now jus went to use once finisbed it fired the first three nail of rhe bat then the fourth i heard the fan seem to slow down and they pressed again got even slower until finally now no fan at all still has spark took head kff and pressed fan switch and nothing and get red green flash lights :(

Possibly the fan (or wiring to it) has died - maybe bearing siezed. Seen that a couple of times on thebolder im90s. The other lless likely) thing I can think.of is that the microswitch which activates the fan has croaked. The other thing, is your battery good and are the contacts (both on the battery and inside the tool) clean and free of black oxidation?
