hi, im in need of two miniature bearings,no problems there. my question is do you use a shaft with the exact i,d of the bearing and what is the best way to fit them without the proper tool?

bearings should be a tolerance or engineering fit
If you are making something custom turn the shaft to fit the bearings, having played with vintage engines other items don't cheap out on bearings I tend to stick with SKF or Timken

we need to know size[model car real car router or big machine] 'load expected performance needs
some are bolted on some are captive some are friction
some are sealed some are greased
just realized you said miniature so no heat in fitting
