Hi all
I want to replace the handles on a couple of tilt and turn windows I have. They're not very big windows... Can I use espag handles on them or must I used the specific t&t handles. I appreciate that the handles will need to be able to turn 180 degrees, but aside from that is there anything else special about the t&t handles?
Cheers
Can you use standard espag handles on a tilt and turn window (uPVC)?

I think that there are specific handles for tilt and turn. See here https://www.handlesandhinges.co.uk/tilt ... n-handles/ normal window handles only turn 90 degrees

Yes they're different. Mine have "clicks" at 45 degrees, and if that breaks it makes the window action sloppy apart from anything else.
Mine have locks that you can either lock for the vent position, or lock closed as well.
