Help required with upvc door hinge

I need help indentifying and obtaining hinge for upvc door hinge.
This is on an external opening door and the adjuster plate has shattered.
There is a number on the hinge but it cant tell the last number, it is A10331 or A10337

could you tell me what the hinge type is called and where to buy a replacement? Is there any other information I would to be able to buy the hinge?

That type of hinge is called a flag hinge and it looks like a avocet or era hinge but if you send the photos to https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q ... 3QVsNxujuV they should be able to tell you which ones are best suited to your door.
When I have had occasion to use these people they have been very helpful.

As above its 3D lift-off flag hinge

looking at the hinge pin plate and the cover it looks to be a Laird/Era nexus hinge these come in 2 sizes 100 or 85mm just compare the sizes
