Having the soil pipe external is not an issue, many houses and extensions are built like this.
It would be useful to have a picture from further back to understand the layout.
I am not quite sure what is happening in picture 2 with the lead work and silicon (i'm no expert, just DIY) but it does look a bit messy to me and looks like it could interfere with the roof structure. Perhaps one of the experienced chaps will reply.

Thanks for response . It was an existing soil stack on external wall .second picture is mid build when we realised roof beams and soffit would not fit in gap between wall so shower waste and soil stack are in the way . Other picture is how it looks now thanks
