Within a day or 2 of finishing a complete rout of my bathroom including new floor boards and rebuild 2 walls, all new plumbing and electrics, new bathroom suite, tanked shower area, fully tiled etc. The only thing I couldn't find on Ultimate Handyman on YouTube was how to fit a standard bath shower screen without enough height clearance due to the sloping ceiling. Still in process of making it seal to bath...... Everything else? Ultimate Handyman!

Well there is a story there!

When I installed the bathroom (most of the videos are on YouTube), I filmed how to install a shower screen, how to seal around a bath and several other handy things. There was about 8 hours worth of footage on the camera's SD card.

On that day my daughter had an allergic reaction and had to go to hospital, in the confusion I thought I had copied the card to the computer and so deleted the contents of the card but could never find the footage. Luckily the allergic reaction was nothing serious and she was fine, which is a lot more important than some video footage! I was annoyed at losing some really good quality footage but I have re-filmed most of it- apart from how to fit an over the bath shower screen.

I'm glad the videos have helped you and :welcomeuhm:

Ah, the issue is that the screen had to be mounted about 300mm below bath level. So to get a seal I made an offset mount made from 25x25 and 15x15 aluminium extrusions, 40x20 mini trunking, wooden batten and b&q shower screen seal. Glued it all together with Plumber's Gold and some screws to hold the assembly together. Must try a photo.......
