Hi Everyone

I could really do with a few pointers with this problem before my wife starts to really stink :-(

when we pull the cord to switch on the shower, the 5a main fuse blows taking out all main lights. this happens about 75% of the time when the cord is pulled.

i would really appreciate some advise as to where i should start, i have removed the down light with no change, so am i right in thinking that the shower unit is the guilty party?

The shower is a Galaxy 2000 lx.

Thanks in advance

Andy

Scarily ..It sounds like your electric shower is powered off the lighting circuit.. :?

I know money is tight and times are hard, but I've never heard of a better case of "Get a Pro in"

(And it's not often you'll get that reply from me...)

It's only a power shower not the full monty electric shower which makes people think it's ok to do this

Sounds like you need a new shower preferably run from a different source
