Can anyone help , i switched on our shower only to discover it is not heating the water as per normal ,
it was used a few hours earlier with no problems .
Having a look at the instructions , there is a thermal cut-out on top of the can and element unit ,
seem to have voltage at the input side but no voltage at the out-put , does n't seem to be any
physical reset , is it shot ? does the whole assembly need replacing ? :dunno: any info will gladly be received

You can order a new high limit thermostat but this has been operated as unit over heated therefore there could well be another fault with it
How old is unit, did you get a scaling sound when run,is shower head scaled, hose damaged ,did the flow through the unit seem reduced?

Agreeing with WPM but only hazarding a guess, if there is no manual reset, would it reset by removing the power?
