Hi I have a triple light switch which is for a ceiling fan and two wall lights in a conservatory, at the moment I can only get the fan and one of the wall lights working Image issue with wiring but not sure what

A couple of possibilities; first has any wiring been changed at the switch ?

Second does the fan only work when light is on or light only work when fan is on.

Third. are any of the lights SELV (12 Volt)

Fourth... have you checked the bulbs ?

Move one of the cables I have circled into COM. If that does not work then put it back and move the other one into COM.

many thanks for the guidance that worked a treat I've now got all lights and fan working as they should, saved me a lot of head scratching
