Good afternoon!

I'm in the process of transforming a small bedroom into an ensuite. I think I'm going to use NoMorePly for the walls (seems well-reviewed and simple), but I am unsure about the floor. I think I'll do one of two things, but I'd like advice on the best way to go about it:

1, A water-resistant subfloor (NoMorePly) and then tank and tile it.
2, A plywood subfloor followed by a waterproof membrane (I like the look of Schutler Ditra) followed by tiling.

Either will be on top of wooden floorboards.

Last question:

Would you recommend giving the same water-proofing treatment under the shower tray? If I use a board like NoMorePly then I think I will naturally, but perhaps a bit more tricky if I'm using a waterproof membrane...

Cost isn't really an issue as the room isn't big enough to make a big difference either way at just under 1.9m².

Thanks in advance for any help.
