Hello do any one know what material this wallboard is made of (please see picture) as I want to replace it just a bit worried it might contain asbestos ?

It looks like Tentest fibre board. An early partitioning board pre plasterboard. It is most commonly found in local authority houses built immediately after the war. It is normally made by compressed glass fibre. There is always a possibility that there might be an element of asbestos in it but I would say as long as you carefully remove it and do not cut it is low risk. If you are not sure your local authority environmental health officer will call in and check it.
