Hi

My neighbour did side extension on his house and installed the boiler there. The flue is near the boundary and when windy it veers to my windows, I am concerned.

Any gas register here to advice minimum distance of boiler flue to boundary?
Thanks

It's hardly one foot away from boundary, his side extension is 10cm from boundary and the boiler behind that side wall. I have been noticing on windy days, smoke from boiler flue blows to my side, I have 3 windows, one of them within less than 1.5m.

Extension finished and boiler operational this summer around April.
Flue is less than 15" from boundary
I keep reading 60cm every where which is 2ft as you're saying
I've been in touch with gas reg plumber I use, he just replied saying "you have to check with boiler manufacturer but if it's nuisance they will have to divert the flue with a pluming kit". It's really for health risks more than anything else.
