Hi as stated in the thread title i am looking to install some Led pir floodlights in my front garden i currently have one halogen spot light on front of the house that’s wired straight into the consumer unit to a 6amp Mcb My question is how many floodlights could i run off that mcb i did look at the spotlight in the front garden an the grey twin an earth cable is terminated into the back of the spotlight my plan is to have two new lights in the front if I can but I'm not sure how many watts/lights i can run through the 6A mcb any help would be much appreciated

:welcomeuhm:

Standard 6 Amp lighting radial is good for approx 1400 Watts, so a couple of halogen floods at say 20 Watts each are never gonna be a problem.

Lecky off first...

I believe wine~O meant to have said LED floods at 20 watts each.
