Hello everyone,

Im currently in the process of purchasing my first home..
So i had the Homebuyers survey carried out today and it has picked up that the front right hand side corner of the house has maybe sank?

I have attached photos as they speak 1000 words... Is it bad? Should i pull out of the sale? Will it cause future problems? The house is 1930's if that helps.

The part effected is below the side veranda/extension

Thank you in advance everyone!

It needs a closer look and inspection, a mortgage company may not want to lend on a property, if you want the property get a structural survey done

I'm sure you can negotiate on price subject to contract if anything is up
