Hi all,

Question about sub base for garage floor, basically the old one was unstable and cracking. I have removed the existing floor and cleared away the old sub base which was basically a load of bricks chucked in.

To relay - and I right in thinking I should layer some crushed brick, then 150mm of sub base, then 50mm sand before the DPM?
Am I missing anything. How much crushed brick should I lay?

I plan to have 150mm fibre concrete with rebar reinforcement poured.

Thanks in advance
