Hi. I’m new to this so please be kind if I’ve posted in the wrong section. I have an old redring Dualheat electric Combi boiler which serves my wet electric central heating system, hot water and showers (I think). The boiler still has a light on showing power but it’s cold, my water is cold and all the surrounding copper pipes are cold. My Grundfos pump sounds like it’s working when I switch the heating on. The water pressure is fine. There is a little trickle of water coming down the tundish every now and then. Why do I have no hot water?
