Tee'd into a cold water pipe today, to get enough clearance to move the pipes to get the Tee in I had to cut a bit ouf of the side of the cupboard. Soldering the Tee went fine, all watertight, what wasn't watertight though was the hole I didn't see I cut in the pipe when I was attacking the cupboard :oops: :cb

Oh yes, learned an awful lot on this little job.

THis time I also got extra soldering practice in tight, flammable areas too :lol:

along with your spilt contact adhesive removal skills along with your repair swearbox in customers house skills :lol: :huray:

Laugh away, I can smile now, I wasn't smiling at the time! I am lucky I hit the pipe just past the bend otherwise the repair would have been a lot more hassle than it was.
