Hi guys,
I have a 3 sided upvc bow window that is supported by a gallow.
As a result the internal sill is large being 1900 wide and 680 deep at its deepest point.
As the window is old the sill is wooden and warped, splitting and rotten from inside and underneath the window outside.
What can I replace this sill with? My intention is to support the window with a prop, cut out the old sill and replace it.

What would you use as I would prefer a upvc internal finish.

Any tips and suggestions

You got any photos? You say it’s 680 deep at its deepest point,it should all be the same width.
The internal timber cill shouldn’t need touched(unless it’s rotten) as it’s separate from the outer cill.
For the outside sill propping and replacing one piece at a time will be fine.

Sorry I probably wasn't that clear.
The outer sill is fine it's upvc like the window frame. It's the inner sill that is also the window base which is wood and rotten. It's a bow window that is supported by a gallow so there is no brick work under the window as such the inner sill is like a half hexagon if that makes sense as it mirrors the 3 sides of the bay with snow and is straight on the inside. I don't know how to do photos since the Photobucket issue
