Following on from me asking about lining paper I’m hoping for some advice regarding lights for my youngest lads room.
I have a centre pendant which I’d like to remove and have 4 led downlights instead. I got a sparky in to do the last room but wouldn’t mind having a bash at this myself.
What’s the easiest way to do this? Remove pendant and stick in a junction box and daisy chain from that? It’s upstairs so access to loft is there.
Cheers in advance :thumbright:

Carpentry,I can explain it to you but I cannot understand it for you.

Your assumption is correct. (Junction box and daisy chain) but I would use wago connectors instead of a junction box.

Fret not, a forum is a collection of opinions. Above, are mine.

Which is correct? Metre or Meter? Click the link to find out more.

Working on anything electrical? have you got a multi meter? why not? Would you hit a nail with a shoe?

If gloom had a voice, it would be me.
