Good Evening,

Very new to this forum but I do have a problem, and its fair to say my electrical knowledge is zero!

Just had a 3 arm ceiling light fitted, 2 of which work whilst the other arm does not. I have swapped bulbs to check the obvious but no joy.

Any ideas would be most welcome.

Thanks

Russ

From the symptoms you describe... time for a new light fitting.

It's very common on this type of fitting to have 1 arm fail.
