looks like my 5 year old dewalt batteries are past their best. i noticed recently that one in particular charges up in about 20 minutes now from flat. and both dont hold charge for particularly long at all.

as it happens my mate rang me also today to say he was heading to the dewalt factory outlet. he got me a price on 4ah, 5ah and 5ah bluetooth batteries. the prices were £30, £40 and £50

has anyone bought these in the past? seems a good deal to me tbh.

what about the bluetooth batteries? any good? are the 5ah batteries too big / heavy to comfortably use with a cordless drill?

Get the lookalikes from eBay,you'll get 2 5ampers for just over 50 quid and they are as good as the dewalt.

The Floureon ones have worked well with me. I use them every day.

I'm not sure what ones I have, flagpower or fleurons tho but the stickers are off mine.
Mine even have the led lights saying how much charge is left.
