Need to seal between external wall and soffit board. Got only Dow Corning 785.

Can I still use this? Got 3 tubes and not sure if there's a point in getting an additional 791.

It's not exactly going to get wet in this area anyway.

Silicone is what I use to seal windows,soffit boards etc. As long as it's silicone and not caulk then it's perfect for the job.
