I have to wire an electric central heating system. It's a 6 KW electric heater with a cylinder stat, pump, room stat, programmer and 2 motorised valves. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this, at the moment I only know it's Danfoss motorised valves.

On the heater it is rated for 32A and 6KW, but only between 6M away from the consumer unit, therefore a 6mm Tw/E or 2.5mm Tw/E ?? and will this need to isolated at source with a 40A DP switch and at the consumer unit with a 40A CB or is a 32A CB still OK.

The system components will be wired as a normal S plan, and there must be something in the heater that responds to a call or close signal.
