I am intending to clear up an untidy pipe run, and when I got the point I want to start from I found the pipe was plastic.
The joint in it seems to be the type of some years ago where a solvent was used to make the joint.
The pipe appeas to be 22mm size.
As I intend to continue with plastic pipe and push fits fittings could anyone advise what type of push fit piece I would need ie would it be a special piece or just a normal push fit piece.
Thanks

More details please, a photo of the offending 22mm pipe and the run you intend to take would be useful.

Don't take close ups try and get the whole picture in the picture :-)

I dont think its a stupid question but does show a lack of understanding of how paint works and reasons for certain applications, now dont jump down my throat Jaegar i'm not being funny its just a classic case in point of a well educated professionally trained painter against a general tradesman.
