Good evening, I'm in need of some help with my basement damp.
My basement wall is concrete and is 10 feet high by 22 feet long, the outside ground level is 7 feet,We have damp coming through and need to treat the problem, we are unable to access the land outside the basement so all work will have to be done from the interior. Can anyone help with a solution.

Many Thanks

Nicco

Hi Nicco,

You will need to tank the basement, you will need a specialist company to do it and provide a gurantee, you will probably need to dig a pit in the floor for a sump and electrics for a sump pump and somewhere to pump the water too.
