Just found this very useful site, and hoping that someone will be able to help me. I am looking for a gas combi boiler engineer in the Nottingham area. Also wondering what the issue is when speaking to the engineer

Our Potterton Performa 24 combi boiler is not heating the radiators when it is turned on but we do have hot water. This happened today.

Previously:
We have had to keep it turned off as the heating would be on all the time. The timer had stopped working. We had hot water and heating, it kept firing up every 30 secs or so. Also it didn't matter whether it was turned to just hot water the radiators would be on as well.

Wondering if anyone can help with this issue and how costly it is going to be.
