I have heard mixed reviews about them. Normally cheap power tools should be avoided if possible as they do not give good results.

But for that price it is worth a gamble, that is if it is this one-

I have made a few posts about Titan before. Overall I am very happy with them, but when tolerance and play in the tool is a factor I am not so sure. But I would definitly chance Titan. I generally hate cheap tools and I have tossed out some working cheapo tools as they just get me annoyed. However, if you are not giong to use it very often its hard to justify paying 3 times the price for a named brand.

The reviews on screwfix are good for the Titan.

I bought the 8" Ebaurer a while ago and am very happy with it. The reason I bought it over the Titan was because of the long sliding range and finer teeth on the blade but think the titan is better value
