Where can I find interior door handles similar to these from 20+ years ago? Ironmongry direct, F0cus, Screwf1x, and my local BMs have nothing like them.

Just about the same:
I cannot get the link to show so type the following into you browser address bar WITHOUT the spaces before and after the number 4 and put the w w w in front

Same as the ones in my house and I just bought some more from screwfix to go on the doors I'm fitting in my extension. Not an exact match but so close you do not notice unless you know they are different and are looking for it. The exact ones were about 10x the price:

The one on the right is called 'Ambasador'. You should be able to get either pattern from small diy / hardware shops, they're a bit dated for the big sheds to stock.

I'm going to get the Ambassador type, they look a better product, and if the spring breaks, you can easily change it, unlike the one on the left which has a clock type spring which do break and can't be changed.
