Thinking of something useful as a Christmas present. Wickes do power tool bags. We've got the usual router, mitre saw, sanders, drill and jigsaw that need rehoming since I demolished the airing cupboard.
Has anyone got Wickes power tool storage bags, if so would you recommend them or are there better ones around? I've not looked in Machine Mart yet, I presume they'd do them too.

There are lots of toolbags on ebay now. Dewalt make some good ones as do Bosch. Not seen the wickes ones, but if the bags are anything like their powertools then keep well away lol
I'm after some tool bags as I have the dewalt 5 kit and the case is a pain in the butt to move as it is about 3 feet long and weighs more than a suitcase.

UHM,
I never thought of ebay.  I was just looking through the Wickes book and thought they'd be useful.
I'm going to have to figure out what size I'd need and do more research.

They are not particulary cheap, but the Ryobi ones are very strong. They are designed for the Ryobi One+ range but no reason why they can't house others.
I have 3 of the £9.99 ones - one has a Jigsaw, Hammer Drill and a couple of batteries in, another has 2 more drills, Large torch, batteries & charger, third has a circular saw and battery, so you can a fair amount in them

i have 2 of the ryobi small bags am looking for a larger one[arnt we all  ]

a search for tool bags brings nowt though even though theres around 100 items in tool holding area
