I am tiling a bathroom, the ceramictiles that I have brought a a coating of white powder on the back.
Do I need to remove this from the tiles before use?

Yes give them a brush down first or wipe with damp cloth. Otherwise the adhesive will have less area to stick to and ur tiles will fall off.
