Yes, Engerland have ben better today than in the last 4 games but I still worry that, with the same performance, we are going to get humiliated.

And we will

We should have beaten USA easy, and algeria, christ they played like a kids sunday football team, shocking!!!, and to think we were once famous for our football

I have no faith in them whatsoever, sad I know.

That´s both of the finalists from 2006 gone home then.

With a bit of luck the third place team from 2006 (Germany) will be joining them on Sunday!

Engerland did worse than the 1/4 final losers where they should be every time .....................

But never a chance of winning it yet again, even before tournament started, everyone kidding themselves on yet again!

Disappointed, should have been out in the quarters

Never mind - we can enjoy the rest of the games and cheer on the underdog every time without it hurting when "we" lose.

Have seen every game so far, Really decent world cup, shame to see Japan, S Korea, USA go out. Good for the sport to have them in it. Good to see Italy and the French go out, self center teams

I still can see Germany beating Argentina, especially if the score 1st goal

The winner of that game should take the cup.

hard to know actually, its tight on that side of the knockouts. Brazil should coast through to the final but disadvantage is that the haven't had any real challenges to get there (apart from Holland). Germany is disciplined but Argentinas flair would win it for them

I think Braxil v Spain in final with Spain to win (just!)

but no doubt I will be wrong!

Kaka, Fabiano and Robinho is a strong force!

I think in this World Cup there have been a lot of surprises, and I am not sure that they are over yet. Spain played well against Portugal, but were pretty ordinary against the Swiss and Honduras. I wouldn´t take short odds on them beating Paraguay - a team that drew with Italy before we knew how bad the Italians were, beat Slovakia (who narrowly lost to the Dutch in the last 16) and are 3/1 for the draw in 90 mins.

What odds on both semis being all South American (Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay)?

Hmmmm!

Just got back from watching the Germans demolish the Argentinians. Saw the comment that it was like "seeing the girlfriend who dumped you for another boy, dump him. Makes it feel like its a lot less personal!"

Similar game to the game v England. Germany score England/Argentina chasing the game - Germany score on the break 3 times more (only Argentina actually looked like scoring whereas we never).

Reckon tonights game os going to be a cracker, but pity the team that qualify against the Germans in this form.

Have a good weekend.
