1/2 inch drive teng socket set. Teng MR3839
I recently purchased this Teng socket set in order to do a few jobs, which I would not normally do. The quality of manufacture is excellent as is to be expected with all teng tools.
The ratchet has plenty of teeth which means that it is good in confined spaces.
The sockets have a matt finish, which seems durable.
The kit contains-
39 piece 3/8" drive socket set containing regular and deep metric 6 point sockets, coupler adaptor, ½"-3/8" adapator, 3" wobble extension bar and 6" extension, universal joint, 2 spark plug sockets 16 and 21 mm, fibre reinforced reversible ratchet as well as 11 bits.
Supplied in plastic case with click lock and folding handle. The underside of the case is fitted with rubber feet to prevent it from sliding.

Bits 1/4" hex TX10, TX15, TX20, 5mm hex,
6mm hex, PH1, PH2, PZ1, PZ2,
4mm flat, 5.5mm flat
One particular thing that I do like about the ratchet is that once an attachment is fixed on to it you have to press the release button for it to be released and so there is little chance of becoming detached accidentally.

Thats the same as the one i won in the competiton ages ago by the looks of it.
Very usefull little set. The 3/8"-1/2" adaptor can be use with the extension to make a tommy bar, and use that one side, the ratchet the other.

| Are the Teng as good as the Sealey pro range? Can't decide between the two... |

They are good and have a lifetime guarantee.
Do the sealy pro range ones have a lifetime guarantee?
