Saw this in maplins the other day and it looked a bit light weight, certainly not as robust as Xtend & Climb

Let me give you an example
I bought a fold away trolley from Maplins it was half price at £15, i've had it 2 years now and carry 25kg cooling units from car parks to pubs in town centers about once a week,the max weight for the trolley is 80kg so i'm well under its capacity and does the job with ease
I'm tyring to point out it looks flimsey and cheap but works and would buy another even at the full rrp

Ahhh but when you can purchase the original for much the same price (I've seen the xtend & Climb in screwfix for £75 before) why settle for lesser quality?

Seems screwfix have stoped doing the original one but sell the new version for only £20 more

i had a telescopic ladder for a few months, started pulling apart then the day it dropped on me is the day it got skipped. I got one of the 4 piece clicky fold away ones after that, still not ideal but it did the job. handyman had a set of little giant ladders he was very pleased with

i got a set of the fold away ladders from ebay £70 inc postage for 4.75m ladders with 2 platforms and a hook on shelf

they are great sturdy ladders
