:dunno: I'm not the worlds most savvy person when it comes to internet/Pc problems...my internet connection seems slow today, not just on this site...have gone into netspeed and got this result..

http://www.speedtest.net/result/1469377768.png

Fast enough I'd have thought..

Yet all pages are loading slowly..whether here, or a retail site.. (Mrs. Wine~o has been shopping on the lappy this afternoon..)

Could clear out the cache ..but the difference between yesterday and today is vast... :dunno:

Any ideas??

If Chrome is ok I would try as you said and clear the cache and if that does not fix it maybe reset the IE8 settings to default but make a note of anything you need first.
