hi people

in the process of tiling shower area, unfortunatley gone about things the wrong way it would appear.

I thought i had straightned off the wall i was to tile, so set off tiling which i completed, grouted, and then looked to put my shower cubicle on, however one fixing onto one wall is straight, the other has a big gap in the middle between fixing and tiles. So back to square one, have removed all tiles and am now back to bare plaster. the wall is out by about an inch at the bottom, which goes up to about half the wall,

the majority of this wall will be tiled so not bothered about a perfect finish, what is the best recommended plaster to use to thicken/straighten this bottom bit of wall out with??

Thanks in Advance

a not so handyandy!!

Use a sheet of plasterboard dot and dabbed to the wall for the bits which are more than 14mm. You can take your time and get this exactly as you want it, then when it is dry, use that board as a guide to fill the remaining section with bonding plaster.
