Hello there, I am looking for a stainless steel trim angle 1200mm long and 37mm x 4mm in 1mm or 2mm thickness... the measurements are inside ones (if it makes sense?). My question: is that possible and if not how close could I get? I think the problem might be the thickness maybe.
Thanks in advance

Yes, I would think anything as wide as 37mm (40mm is prob nearest) is likely to be 3mm thick...but perhaps Hitch can confirm.

If you could stretch to 3mm then you'll have to trim the angle down to 37mm and 4mm internal yourself.

The only way to get anything thinner in such unequal widths is by bending, but you'll have a rounded profile rather than a sharp edge.

Not sure a 4mm bend would work in stainless either... :? But it could be bent at whatever the machine can handle and then trimmed back.

You could get some pressed up at a sheet metalworking shop....
Sheet will come in 0.9, 1.2, 1.5, 2...++

The thicker you go, the bigger the short return will need to be. For instance, if you went for 2mm thick, you' d need a fold of about 6.5mm

On 0.9 sheet, you will be able to get a 4mm fold, (inside size)
A nice tight vee and minimal radius top tooling there wont be much of a radius on the outer edge.
